From a single Delhi outlet to Jaipur's Delhi ke mashhoor chole bhature.
Shri Shyam Bhature Wala carries forward a legacy that began nearly twenty years ago in Rohini Sector 17, Delhi — a small outlet that became known across the neighbourhood for its bhature, made fresh through the day and served piping hot with home-style chole.
In 2017, that same recipe travelled to Jaipur, opening our first outlet in Vaishali Nagar. It didn't take long for the city to start calling us "Delhi ke mashhoor" — famous from Delhi — a name that's stuck with us ever since.
Today, three outlets across the city — Vaishali Nagar, Jagatpura, and Jaisinghpura Bhakrota — carry that tradition forward, serving the same recipes, the same spice, and the same hot-off-the-kadhai bhature that made us Delhi ke mashhoor.
